Design & Build
This is a type of project delivery system used to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are contract by a single entity. The traditional approach for construction projects consists of the appointment of a design on one side, and the appointment of a contractor on the other side. Whereas the client will hire a designer to undertake all roles and responsibilities of the project tin order to reduce risks, costs, and overall time-frame of the project.
Conventional Build Project
This project type has an expectation in which it will have a short period of time for its completion. Once completed the project will generate a positive cash flow over a longer period of time.
