A Quantity Surveyor can take part in any part of a project. They are typically following alongside your project from beginning til the end.
Quantity Surveying provides the following services
- Tender Documents, Tender Evaluation report, and recommendation/interview will be conducted.
- Identification & Development of users/owner’s requirements
- Generation of a construction budget for project financing requirements.
- Preparation of Main Builder tender documents.
- Advise on the form of contract for main builder and specialist builders. The Q.S will oversee that the requirements for both legislative & corporate governance in Singapore & Cambodia are met.
- Advice on all contractual matters Pre/In medias res/ Post tender & after award of main builder and execution phase of the main building works.
