New Project:

Tampines Industrial Avenue 3

Looking forward to this semi-conductor development equipped with a 4-storey office & others.

We are looking at a 12 month construction period for completion.

Good Class Bungalow

There are approximately around 2,800 GCB plots in Singapore.

Oliver Ho & Associates are blessed to be a part of a team for construction for a number of Good Class Bungalows.

The luxurious, sufficient greenery, the large land space, the potential for lots of amenities and installations are some of the plus points that make Good Class Bungalow such a highly regarded asset.

Completed Project:

CT Foodchain @ Pandan

This 17,253 m2 GFA, 10-storey multi-user ramp up Industrial development @ Pandan was recently completed.

Would like to thank Chiu Teng Group for the trust and support provided during the project.

This project took 22 months to complete & is dedicated to the F&B industry with 98 units.
