New GCB project @ Jalan Kampong Chantek with Lab Architects.

This project boost a GFA of around 10,000 sqft.

Construction for the project has recently commenced & we are looking forward to another fulfilling project.

New Project:

GAIN CITY Megastore @ Tampines

New project collaboration with 3P Ecotecture Pte Ltd & Gain City.

Project is currently in its design phase. With an estimated GFA of 27,105 sqm, this new 10-storey megastore @ Tampines with its striking color scheme would be impossible to miss.

We look forward to a frutitful collaboration & strive towards a successful completion in due course.

Grand Opening Ceremony @ Silicon Box

Congratulations to Silicon Box for a successful project.

Silicon Box, a semiconductor design and device integration services start-up, unveiled its new US$2 billion (S$2.65 billion) factory in Singapore in July 2023.

The grand opening ceremony of the 73,000 sqm facility in Tampines, the size of 15 football fields, was graced by Mr Png Cheong Boon, Chairman EDB, and the company’s three co-founders Dr. Han Byung Joon – Chief Executive Officer of Silicon Box – Dr. Sehat Sutardja – Chairman of the board, and Weili Dai.
