New Project:
 

Proposed Development of Teachers’ Estate Park

We are excited to be a part of the MDT selected for this project.

The National Parks Board (NParks) has plans to develop a 8.27 hectare regional park located in the Teachers’ Estate and Lentor area.

Estimated completion for this project is schedule to be around Q2 2024.

New Project:

8 Lady Hill

New project collaboration with Ezra Architects.

This lovely A&A project has an estimated construction period of 12 months. 

We are currently in the midst of the tender process, and we would like to wish all main contractors invited, the best of luck in the tender.

Completed Project:

HPC HQ – Kung Chong Rd

Congratulations to HPC for this successfully completed project. This new 7-storey corporate headquarters at 7 Kung Chong Road is a strategic move to house all HPC staffs in one roof.
