New Project:

NLB @ Jurong Regional Library

The current Jurong Regional Library, which first opened in 1988 and was refurbished as a regional library in 2004, was at one time the largest in Singapore with a floor area of 12,020 sqm will be relocated to the upcoming Jurong East Integrated Transport Hub in scheduled to be completed in 2028.

We are blessed to be able to take part & was awarded the project with A D LAB in Q1 2025.

The integrated hub will also house a community club, a sports centre, offices and retail space in a 27-storey tower block that will be connected to an eight-storey podium by a bridge.

We look forward to working with NLB closely on this wonderful opportunity.

Congratulations to our client, Pop Padel for the wonderful news.

Pop Padel, an upcoming premium padel club that just secured a seven-figure investment from Apricot Capital, a Singapore-based private investment firm.

We are currently building Singapore’s first purpose-built fully sheltered social padel club that will host four world-class courts in Redhill.

The facility will include four world-class courts, an F&B area as well as a recovery zone equipped with cold plunges.

We are excited & can’t wait for the scheduled opening in Q2 /Q3 2025.
