Shoutout to our partners Invictus Development, FARM Architects as well as everyone involved in this project for making this possible.

KINN Habitat’s architecture is as thoughtful as its concept. The building features perforated windows and a façade inspired by Morse code, allowing natural light to dance through its spaces and creating an atmosphere that is both playful and soothing. This design-forward approach reflects the brand’s commitment to marrying form and function with an artistic edge.

C.O.T.U @ CapitaGreen Level 38 & 39

Construction for Center Of The Universe (C.O.T.U) was completed & it opened its doors officially in 2024, OHA Global were the QS for the project which was completed successfully.

C.O.T.U. boasts five unique concepts to explore. While each venue may have a distinct personality, they are all designed to flow seamlessly into one another.

THE WHISPER ROOM – ENSŌ STEAKHOUSE – DASHI GOGO -LITTLE BIRDIE -DASHI SKYPOOL | Each of the five distinct concepts offers a unique journey, all under one roof.

New Project:

The Southeast Asia Gallery @ National Gallery Singapore

We are extremely excited to be working with Industry titans for this project @ National Gallery Singapore.

Culture Collective, formerly known as Gallagher & Associates Asia (GAA) as well as Liu & Wo Architects led by the wonderful Mdm. Wo herself, will be spearheading this project.

Project will be commencing soon & we are looking forward to a fruitful collaboration between all parties.
