New Project:

38, 40 South Bridge Road

New project collaboration with Formwerkz Architects.

Rainforest themed design achieved through a series of overlapping planters is set to perfectly complement the abundant sunlight streaming through the area.

This 6-storey building has received Written Approval & we are looking forward to construction.

Completed Project:

NTUC Foodfare Phase II

Congratulations to NTUC Foodfare for this successfully completed project. A proposed A&A works to an existing 4-storey Food Factory involving a new 5-storey extension.

This project took 15 months to complete & incorporates a new 5-Storey production building with an approx. new GFA of 4990 sqm.
