New Project:

Ngee Ann Polytechnic: SIT Building & NP Library

Shout out to Ngee Ann Polytechnic for the award of this recent tender on Gebiz.

We look forward to a fruitful collaboration with K2LD Architects on this project.

This project consist of A&A works at SIT building @ NP as well as Refurbishment of its library.

It is intended that separate tender packages be called for the A&A works at SIT@NP
Building and Refurbishment to Library.

These projects are estimated to be completed in 2027.

New Project:

Kaki Bukit Extra Space

We are extremely excited to be working with regional giant Extra Space Asia on this project.

Extra Space Asia currently has over 100 facilities spanning across 7 cities with this project being one of its newest additions.

Kaki Bukit Extra Space is proposed to be boosting a GFA of 180,000 sqft & we are already working on this project as we speak.

This proposed factory @ Kaki Bukit is one of our recent exciting collaborations.
