New Project:

This is a new proposed ASRS Industrial facility with and estimated construction duration of 36 months.
It will be operated by Commonwealth Kokubu Logistics, a joint venture between investment firm Commonwealth Capital and food and beverage cold chain logistics specialist Kokubu Group Corporation.

KHATIB BONGSU NATURE PARK
New project collaboration with A D LAB Pte Ltd.
Khatib Bongsu Nature Park (KBNP) is envisioned to be a rustic nature park centred on the theme of wetlands, curated by the cultural and natural heritage of the area. The park shall be centred on conservation of migratory shorebirds and associated mangrove biodiversity as well as reaching out to people of all ages to enjoy sustainable nature-based recreation and educational programmes.
Khatib Bongsu Nature Park (KBNP) is an ecologically rich area consisting of mangroves, mudflats, and secondary forests approximately 58 hectares in size nestled in the north eastern tip of Singapore.
KBNP’s mangroves is fed by a partially canalised river, Sungei Khatib Bongsu, consisting of mangroves along old, abandoned prawn ponds and tall secondary forest, with intertidal flats. It is found in close proximity to other ecological habitats of Sungei Simpang, Pulau Seletar and Kitin Mudflats.
