New Project:

Vivekananda Cultural Centre

A huge appreciation to Ramakrishna Mission Singapore & Yume Architects for having us onboard this meaningful project.

The new Arts and culture centre is scheduled to be ready in 2028.

The Singapore Centre of the Ramakrishna Mission was started in 1928 and since then has been serving the people in the region. With spiritual, educational, and cultural activities.

The centre – to be named Vivekananda Cultural Centre after the founder of the mission – will be designed by Yume Architects, a Singapore-based firm that won a design competition organised by Ramakrishna Mission Singapore and the Singapore Institute of Architects.

With such an outstanding history as a backdrop for this exciting project, OHA is honored to be part of this journey.

New Project:

A&A @ Sultan Mosque

An iconic architectural landmark, the impressive Sultan Mosque is a focal point for Singapore’s Muslim community.

We are exciting to once again be appointed as part of the consultant team for some A&A & restoration works.

Our first interaction with the Sultan Mosque team was in 2015 which ultimately led to winning in the URA Architectural Heritage in 2016.

This time round, we will be collaborating with Formwerkz Architects to create more wonder.

Looking forward to another awesome & enriching experience.

Completed Project:

MAERSK @ World Gateway II

A.P. Moller – Maersk (Maersk) has expanded its Asia Pacific logistics footprint by opening a 1.1 million square foot automated distribution facility in Singapore.

Maersk invested more than S$200 million ($150 million) in the development, which has reached around 70 per cent occupancy.

We would like to thank the Maersk team & our fellow consultants (ID Architects, Engineers Alliance, Gims & Associates) for your confidence & a very successful completion & closure for the project.
